William A. Holub, suffering from dementia, left his Delhi Township residence on Cloverhill Drive at approximately 12:30 PM.  Mr. Holub was last seen driving his 2001 green Ford Taurus station wagon bearing an Ohio license plate of DME9307.  Attached is a similar looking vehicle to the one being operated by Mr. Holub. 

Attached you will find a recent photograph of Mr. Holub.  If you should see, or have any information on the whereabouts of Mr. Holub, you are encouraged to contact your local police department or the Delhi Township Police Department.
