On November 23, 2016 at approximately 11:29pm, Shayne Rogers, 49, was stopped on CR 4, west of Northfield Dr for a traffic violation. Shayne Rogers failed field sobriety tests, failed a Drug Recognition Evaluation, and refused a certified chemical test at 1:36am on November 24, 2016. Shayne Rogers was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail for operating while intoxicated-misdemeanor.

On 11/24/2016 at approximately 12:03 am, Blake Arthurs, 28, was stopped in the area of Bypass Rd and Nappanee St for traffic violations. He failed standardized field sobriety tests and was found to be in possession of a synthetic look alike substance. Blake Arthurs failed a Drug Recognition Evaluation, and refused a certified chemical test at 2:42 am. Blake Arthurs was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail for operating while intoxicated-misdemeanor and possession of a synthetic look alike substance-misdemeanor.

On November 25th, 2016 at approximately 5:39 pm, Jennifer Trovatore (31) began engaging in tumultuous conduct and continued to make unreasonable noise in front of several citizens in the 54000 block of Ash Road, after being asked to stop by a Law Enforcement Officer. Jennifer Trovatore was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Sheriff's Department for Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor.

On 11/25/2016 at around 11:03pm, Carol Trovatore (61) was stopped in the area of CR 8 west of Arrowhead Dr., Bristol for a traffic violation. Carol Trovatore was found to have operated a motor vehicle while intoxicated, after failing standardize field sobriety tests and failing a certified chemical test with a BrAC of .150 at 12:10am on 11/26/2016. Carol Trovatore was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail.

On 11/26/2016 at around 11:57 pm, Ana Maria Gonzalez-Velazquez, 39, was stopped for a traffic violation at CR 20 and Benham Ave. She was found to have never received a license with a prior conviction. She was incarcerated.

On 11/26/2016 at around 2:22am, Samantha Howard (22) was stopped in the area of CR 17 and US Highway 20, Elkhart, for a traffic violation. Samantha Howard was found to have operated a motor vehicle while intoxicated, after failing standardize field sobriety tests and failing a certified chemical test with a BrAC of .100 at 3:27am. Samantha Howard was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail.

On 11/27/2016 at approximately 12:14 AM Victoria K Pollitt, 39, was stopped for a traffic violation in the area of Elkhart Rd and Bashor Rd.  Victoria Pollitt failed field sobriety tests and refused a certified chemical test.  Victoria Pollitt was also found to have a prior conviction for operating while intoxicated within 5 years.  Victoria K Pollitt was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Correctional Facility for Operating While Intoxicated-Felony.

On 11/26/2016 at around 10:28 pm, Eleazar Diaz De Leon-Guerrero, 30, was stopped for a traffic violation on Old CR 17 near Clinton St, Goshen. He was found to be operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license with a prior conviction for never receiving a license. He was taken into custody and a fake Indiana ID card was found in his possession. He was incarcerated.

On 11/27/2016 at approximately 2:40 am, Marie Tutorow, 29, was arrested in the area of CR 11 and CR 4 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, after being stopped by police for a traffic violation. Marie Tutorow failed field sobriety tests and submitted to a certified chemical breath test with a result of .125 BrAC at 3:47 am. Marie Tutorow was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail for operating a vehicle while intoxicated-felony.

On November 27th 2016, at approximately 10:00 am, in the 58000 block of Old County Road 17 Goshen, IN 46528 Patrick Rose 37 and Charlene Moutray 26, were arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, and for common nuisance charges. A search warrant was completed on the residence at approximately 1:38 pm and the search warrant founded three small clear plastic baggies with a crystal like substance in them, one clear smoking pipe, one baggie with marijuana residue, several syringes, a small plastic container with a large crystal like substance in it.    They were incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail.

On 11/27/2016 at around 12:56 am, Christina Marie Devoll, 46, was stopped for a traffic violation on Park Side Dr at Autumnview Ln. She was found to be intoxicated, failing a field sobriety test and a certified chemical breath test with a .139 BrAC at 1:34 am. She was found to be driving with a license status of suspended-prior and was also found to be in possession of marijuana with a prior conviction. She began yelling and refused to quit yelling after being told to stop. She was found to have a prior conviction for operating while intoxicated in July, 2016. She was incarcerated for Operating While Intoxicated-Felony, Driving While Suspended-Prior, Possession of Marijuana, and Disorderly Conduct.

On 11/27/2016 at approximately 6:57PM, a black Pontiac Bonneville fled from Sheriff Deputies in the area of Nappanee St, and Lusher Ave. The accused vehicle crashed in an alley, in the area of Franklin and 9th St. The driver was identified and fled from the scene on foot after crashing the vehicle and was not located. Charges are being requested through the Elkhart County Prosecutors office on the driver for possession of methamphetamine-felony, possession of a hypodermic needle-felony, resisting law enforcement misdemeanor, resisting law enforcement-felony, possession of a look a like drug-misdemeanor and driving while suspended with a prior conviction. Yvonne Jenses, 23, a passenger in the vehicle was found to be in possession of a look-a-like drug and possession of a hypodermic needle and was incarcerated.

On 11/27/2016 at approximately 8:59 pm, Paul Pernokis 53, fled in a vehicle from police in the area of CR 17 and CR 4, after being stopped for a violation. Paul Pernokis then fled on foot and was later caught and was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, hypodermic needles, and drug paraphernalia.  Paul Pernokis was found to have been Operating as a Habitual Traffic Violator with a lifetime suspension and to have multiple felony warrants for his arrest. Paul Pernokis was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail.

On November 23, 2016 at 09:47 a.m., in the 58000 block of Concord Valley Dr, Elkhart, IN., it was reported a suspect(s) stole property from a vehicle between November 21, 2016 at 09:34 a.m. and November 22, 2016 at 08:00 a.m.

On November 23, 2016 at 09:49 a.m., in the 1000 block of Oakwood Ln, Ligonier,  IN., it was reported a suspect(s) stole property from a vehicle between November 22, 2016 at 09:00 a.m. and November 22, 2016 at 11:00 a.m.

On 11/23/2016 around 4:15 pm  it was reported that a suspect entered a residence in the 51000 block of Winding Waters Lane, on 11/22/2016 between 5:00 PM and 5:10 PM through an unlocked door and took television and a jewelry box, containing jewelry.

On 11/23/2016 at 5:23 PM, it was reported that a suspect entered a barn in the 65000 block of CR 31 between 7:00 PM on 11/22/2016 and 12:00 PM on 11/23/2016, and stole a Stihl Backpack Leaf Blower, two Stihl chainsaws, a Bosch belt sander, a Bosch reciprocating saw, and miscellaneous other tools. The incident is pending further investigation.

On 11/23/16 at around 11:53pm, it was reported between 6:30pm and 11:39pm a suspect entered a residence in the 52000 block of Brookstream Circle, Elkhart, through an unlocked rear door and took a 55” Smart TV, an Xbox One, an Xbox 360, and multiple Xbox games.

On  11/25/16 around 4:21pm it was reported that a 2002 Isuzu Rodeo was taken from the 30000 block of N Meadowbrook Ln on 11/24/16 between 8:30am and 9:20am.
