On 11/18/2016 at 12:48 PM, Robert Gunnoe III was stopped for a traffic violation. Due to his vehicle being improperly registered, his vehicle was impounded. While completing an inventory of the vehicle before the vehicle was towed, officers found 1.1 grams of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia. Robert Gunnoe III was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Paraphernalia.

On 11/19/2016 at about 10:58 am, a complainant made a report regarding a female with injuries following a domestic violence incident in the 23000 block of Orchard Ridge Dr.  Pedro Portillo, 42, was subsequently arrested and incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail for domestic battery.

On 11-19-2016 at approximately 08:46 PM Cassandra Hertsel, 29, left the scene of a possible domestic battery scene. Cassandra Hertsel was pulled over on SR 120 east of Bayridge Dr. During the course of the investigation, it was found that Cassandra Hertsel was in possession of cocaine and in possession of Paraphernalia. Cassandra Hertsel was incarcerated at the Elkhart county jail.

On 11/20/16 at 1:00am Charles Gregory (27) was stopped for a traffic violation at CR 17 and CR 45.  Charles Gregory was found to be in possession of a lookalike drug along with paraphernalia.  Charles Gregory was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Correctional Facility.

On 11/20/2016 at approximately 2:10 AM Dawn M Ickes, 39, was involved in a single vehicle collision in the area of CR 17 and US 20 after crashing into a guardrail.  Dawn M Ickes failed field sobriety tests and refused a certified chemical test.  Dawn Ickes was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated-Misdemeanor.

On 11/20/2016 at approximately 12:06 am in the 30000 block of US 33 Elkhart, Indiana Elliott Denton, 22, was found to be in possession of meth and a controlled substance during the course of a traffic accident investigation. Elliott Denton was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail on the charges of possession of Meth and possession of a controlled substance.

On 11/20/2016 at around 12:52 pm, Nicole L Nettrouer, 31, was stopped for a traffic violation on CR 17 north of CR 32. She was found to be in possession of marijuana and another controlled substance prescription pill without a prescription. She failed field sobriety testing and a drug recognition evaluation. She was found to be driving on a license that was suspended with prior convictions for driving while suspended. She submitted to a blood draw and those results are pending lab testing. She was incarcerated.

On November 18, 2016 at 09:15 a.m., in the 29000 block of Washington Sq, Elkhart, IN., it was reported a suspect(s) stole property from a vehicle between November 16, 2016 at 01:00 p.m. and November 17, 2016 at 08:00 a.m.

On 11/18/2016 at approximately 10:00am in the 28000 block of Driftwood Dr., it was reported that sometime between 11/17/16 at 5:30pm and 11/18/16 at 7:30am a suspect forced entry by prying open the front door of a residence. The suspect stole TV’s, laptops, game consoles, DVD’s, tattoo equipment, and hand tools.

On 11/18/2016 at 02:31 p.m. it was reported between 11/16/2016 at 03:18 p.m. and 11/17/2016 at 02:00 p.m. unknown suspect(s) stole a snow blower from the 24000 block of CR 16, Elkhart, IN.

On 11/18/2016 at 02:32 p.m., it was reported between 11/17/2016 at 04:21 a.m. and 11/18/2016 at 04:21 a.m. unknown suspect(s) stole items from a vehicle located in the 21000 block of SR 119, Goshen, IN.

On 11/18/16 at 9:08pm in the 23000 block of Sunnyside Ave. it was reported 3 unknown male subjects exited a residence as the garage door opened.  The residence had force entry at the rear door, and was found to have items taken without permission.

On 11/19/2016 it was reported around 4:14 PM that a Red Dodge Caravan was taken from the 60000 block of Circle R Ln, between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM, by a suspect without permission and the vehicle was never returned.

On 11/20/2016 around 12:15 PM it was reported between August of 2016 and 11/19/2016 around 11:20  AM a suspect cut the lock to a storage unit in the 28000 block of CR 4, and took two containers filled with change, three pairs of cowboy boots, and a leaf blower .

On 11/20/2016 at about 3:15 pm, it was reported that a game system and other property was taken from the 56000 block of Burr St, sometime on 11/19/2016 without his permission.
