Arrested: 

Kathleen J. Kuznecow, 38-W/F, 117 Newell Road, Leesburg, NJ

On November 19, 2016 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of 7 West Landis Avenue. Officers issued the driver (Kathleen Kuznecow) summons for driving while suspended.  Kuznecow had outstanding warrants from Franklinville ($550.00), Harrison Township ($200.00) and Leesburg ($239.00)

Kuznecow was arrested was transported to headquarters and released on her own recognizance for both warrants.

Location:  11oo block of Pixwhey Court, Vineland, New Jersey 08360

Arrested: 

Rahul M. Shah, 30-B/F, 1422 Oak Tree Road, 2D, Iselin, NJ

On November 19, 2016 Officers were dispatched to the 11oo block of Pixwhey Court. Upon arrival Officers confirmed one of the subjects at that location had several outstanding warrants.  Rahul Shah was arrested on a warrant from Union TWP Municipal Court in the amount of $1353.00, warrant from Little Egg Harbor Municipal Court in the amount of $450.00 and a warrants from Edison TWP Municipal Court in the amount of $500.00, $250.00.  Shah was released on his own recognizance with court dates to appear.

Charge: Shoplifting, obstruction, resisting arrest, and possession of drug Paraphernalia

Arrested

Delgado, Elliot W/M-24 of 529 E Plum St, Vineland, NJ, 08360

On November 18, 2016 Officers were dispatched to Sears at 8 West Landis Avenue for a shoplifting.  The suspect reportedly stole one pair of Reebok sneakers valued at $59.99.  Officers arrested the subject near 107 West Landis Avenue.  He was identified as Elliot Delgado and transported to headquarters.  He was processed and charged with shoplifting, obstruction, resisting arrest by flight, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Delgado was placed on $1000.00/10%for resisting arrest and transported to the Cumberland County Jail to be held on bail.

Victim: Shoprite (1255 West Landis Avenue) Vineland, New Jersey, 08360

Arrested:

Sanchez-Acosta, Isaac J W/M-36 of 823 S Mill Rd, Vineland, NJ, 08360

On November 18, 2016 Officers responded to Shoprite in regards to a subject who stole 2 packs of Schick hydro razors and snickers (Total value of items stolen $21.67).  Shoprite Loss Prevention detained the accused, Isaac Javiera Sanchez Acosta prior to Police arrival.  Javier was transported to headquarters for processing and it was determined he had two outstanding warrants (Superior Court with no bail) and Vineland City warrant for $1500.00 full.  Sanchez Acosta was processed and transported to Cumberland County Jail where he was held on bail.
