Suspect #1: McBride, James 41 years old  Address: 542 Broadlawn Terrace, Vineland

Suspect #2: Collazo, Jacqueline 43 years old  Address: 331 West Elmer Street, Vineland

During a motor vehicle stop at N 4th ST and W Wood St, the above two subjects were arrested by members of the Vineland Police Street Crimes Unit.  McBride was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed on a summons complaint and released.  Collazo had an outstanding warrant for her arrest out of Cumberland County Superior Court. Collazo was processed and  held on bail at the Cumberland County Jail on Cumberland County Superior Court Warrant (Indictment Number: S20160023140614), no bail.

Incident Type: Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (Cocaine, Meth and Suboxone pills)

Arrested: Donald Kladky, 31 years old  64 Watford Rd, Blue Anchor, NJ

Arrested: Thomas Flamma, 50 years old  768 E Garden Rd, Vineland, NJ

During a patrol check of the Sunny Side Village Apartment complex, members of the Vineland Police Street Crimes Unit encountered the above two persons sitting inside a parked vehicle. K9 Officer Johnathan Ramos arrived on scene with his K9 partner Marc for a sniff of the vehicle and made positive indication. Cocaine, suspected Meth amphetamine and suboxone pills were located. Thomas Flamma was also found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest.  

Donald Kladky was charged with possession of Cocaine and released on a summons complaint.

Thomas Flamma was charged with possession of Methamphetamine and Suboxone Pills and released on a summons complaint pending court. Flamma was also processed on the warrant and released ROR.

Above subject was arrested during a motor vehicle stop, after a K9 sniff was completed by Sgt. A. Shaw and his partner Pikke and positive indication on the vehicle was made. A search revealed Smith was in possession of Clonazepam, Percocet and MDMA(Molly). She was processed on a summons complaint and released.

He was processed and released on summons complaints pending court. Also James was issued traffic summons# E16-2708 and E16-2709 for suspended driver and unregistered vehicle.

On 10 November 2016, the above subject was arrested during a motor vehicle stop after it was learned that he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Suspected marijuana was located inside his vehicle. He was processed and released on Summons complaints for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Rodriguez was released ROR on Hamilton Township Warrant: SP5624041, bail amount $750.00.
