Location: West Wood Street and North Second Street

On 25 October 2016, Vineland Police Street Crimes made a motor vehicle stop on a white Chrysler van for an expired registration in which Eugene Cosby was the driver. An outstanding warrant from Bridgeton Municipal Court for Cosby’s arrest was confirmed and he was placed under arrest. Inside the vehicle, a plastic sandwich bag containing suspected crack cocaine was observed along with drug paraphernalia. A further search revealed the vehicle also contained 214 bags of suspected Heroin. Cosby was processed and released on the following Vineland City Municipal Court Summonses:

1.      0614-S-2016-3615 for Possession of Crack Cocaine/2C:35-10a(1), Possession of Heroin/2C:35-10a(1) and Possession of Heroin with the Intent to Distribute/2C:35-5b(3).

2.      0614-S-2016-3616 for Possession of Drug Paraphernlia/2C:36-2

Cosby was released ROR on Bridgeton City Municipal Court Warrant: E16-646, bail amount $750.00.
