Luis Martinez was arrested during a motor vehicle stop on an outstanding warrant for his arrest from Cumberland County Superior Court for Child Support. He was also issued the following motor vehicle summonses:

Both subjects were placed under arrest for outstanding warrants. Search incident to arrest of Guadelupe revealed he was in possession of a hypodermic syringe.

Briana Silva was ROR on warrants: 1) 0806-S2016-855, Glassboro $550.00 on 10-6-2016; 2) 0614-S2016-3293, Vineland $550.00 on 10-5-2016. 

Benjamin Guadalupe was issued a summons for possession of a hypodermic syringe and held on bail on the following warrants:

1)  0614-S2015-3381, Vineland City $1,000.00 full cash on 10-4-2016.

2)  0614-S2016-3294, Vineland City $550.00/ 10%, on 10-5-2016. 

3)  0104-J24160, Franklinville $2,000.00 full cash 10-13-2016. 

He was then turned over to Buena Boro Police for processing.

The above subject was arrested and released on an outstanding warrant from Vineland City Municipal Court Summons: W-2016-3254-0614, bail amount $1,000.00. Search incident to arrest revealed he was also in possession of marijuana under 50 grams. He was issued a summons complaint for that charge.
