Accused# 3:  Kameshia L. Johnson, 29 yoa, residing at 1701 East Broad Street APT#: 206, Millville NJ 08332

On 10-1-2016, members of the Vineland Police Street Crimes Unit arrested Ricky Fowler and Jamere  Costin on a motor vehicle stop at the above location. Marijuana and crack cocaine were discovered inside the vehicle they had been operating.  The vehicle was towed to a secure police lot pending a search warrant. Kameshia Johnson, the registered owner of the vehicle, was later arrested in regard to the investigation.

Ricky Fowler was arrested and charged with the following offenses and outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was processed and turned over to Cumberland County Jail.

1)  0614-S2016-3310, possession of crack cocaine

2)  0614-S2016-3311, possession marijuana less than 50 grams

OUTSTANDING WARRANTS FOR RICKY FOWLER

1)  0614-VC7021, Vineland City warrant $801.00 full cash on 5-17-2016. 

2)  0601-S2016-542, Bridgeton City warrant $750.00 full cash  on 4-14-2016.

3)  0805-SC2016-11142, Franklinville warrant $1,000.00 full cash on 4-22-2016. 

4)  0613-S2016-245, Seabrook warrant $750.00 full cash on 4-25-2016. 

5)  0601-W2016-1523, Bridgeton City warrant $0.00 on 8-6-2016.

6)  0614-S2016-880, Vineland City warrant $1,000.00 full cash set on 8-24-2016. 

7)  223078, Hamilton Twp. warrant $2,000.00 full cash on 4-7-2016.

JAMERE J. COSTIN was charged with possession of crack cocaine and had the following warrants for his arrest:

1)  0806-SC2014-20570, Glassboro warrant  $81.00 full cash on 8-10-2016. 

2)  CS80939831A, Cumberland County Superior Court warrant for $13,286.20, 8-5-2016. 

3)  CS50039596D, Cumberland County Superior Court warrant for $4,049.00, 8-5-2016.

Costin was processed, held on bail and turned over to Cumberland County Jail.

On 10-3-2016, a search warrant was executed on the vehicle. Crack cocaine and Suboxone packaged in a manner for distribution was located inside it. As a result, the following additional warrant and summonses were generated. 

1)  0614-W2016-3342, possession of crack cocaine and Suboxone with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public place with bail set at $50,000.00 full.

2)  0614-S2016-3341, possession of crack cocaine and Suboxone with the intent to distribute within 1000 feet of a school zone , possession of crack cocaine and Suboxone with the intent to distribute less than 1/2 ounce, possession of crack cocaine and Suboxone. 

Jamere Costin was arrested on 10/9/16 for the above charges. Search incident to arrest revealed he was also in possession of marijuana. He was processed, held in lieu of bail and turned over to Cumberland County Jail.

On 10-9-2016, the following charges were filed against Kameisha Johnson:

possession of crack cocaine and Suboxone with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public place; possession of crack cocaine and Suboxone with the intent to distribute within 1000 feet of a school zone, possession of crack cocaine and Suboxone with the intent to distribute less than 1/2 ounce, possession of crack cocaine and Suboxone.  Johnson turned herself into police, was processed on the charges and released ROR.
