Driver #1 stated at the scene she was exiting the Dunkin Donuts (2881 S Delsea Dr) parking lot and making a left turn on to Delsea Dr when vehicle #2 crashed into her. Driver #1 said she did not see vehicle #2 prior to exiting the Dunkin Donuts. Driver #1 complained of pain and was trapped inside the passenger compartment of the vehicle.  Vineland Fire Department Rescue Squad responded to the scene and extricated driver #1 from the vehicle. Driver #1 was then transported to Inspira Medical Center by Vineland EMS. The passenger in vehicle #1 was not injured.

Driver #2 stated at the scene he was traveling North on Delsea Dr in the outside lane when vehicle #1 pulled out of Dunkin Donuts and he crashed into her vehicle. Driver #2 said he had no time to react because driver #1 never stopped and made sure the road was clear prior to exiting the parking lot. Driver #2 was not injured.

Vehicle #1 sustained heavy contact damage to the left (driver) side front and rear door which appeared to be centered on or about the "B" post of the vehicle. As a result of the impact, vehicle #1's left side doors were unable to be opened and driver #1 had to be extricated. 

Vehicle #2 sustained contact damage to the front bumper area.

Driver #1 was issued a summons for Improper Emerging from a Driveway, 39:4-66, summons #0614 E16 002353.

Driver 1 stated she was pulling out onto W Sherman Ave from a private parking lot. She was attempting to make a left turn onto W Sherman Ave and did not see vehicle 2 traveling west on W Sherman Ave. She struck vehicle 2 from the passenger side of vehicle 2. Damage to vehicle 1 was on the front bumper area. All occupants of vehicle 1 claimed no injuries.

Driver 2 stated she was traveling west on W Sherman Ave and vehicle 1 pulled out in her lane of travel. Vehicle 1 struck her from the passenger side area. Damage to vehicle 2 was on the passenger side area. All occupants of vehicle 1 claimed no injuries.

Driver 1 was issued a summons 0614-VC-006437 for careless driving.

Driver 1: Keiry Feliciano, F-20, 2nd Street, Millville NJ

 

Driver 1 stated she was traveling south on N. Delsea Dr., and was attempting to make a left turn onto Almond Rd. Her brakes stopped working and due to this, she struck the south side curb of Almond Rd. Her vehicle finally came to a stop after blowing her tire and stopping on top of the grassy area on the property of 501 N. Delsea Dr. She stated that she has been having a problem with her brakes for some time now and every so often they stop working. Damage to vehicle 1 was on the entire front end along with deployment of front airbags. Driver 1 claimed no injuries at this time.

Driver 1 was issued summons 0614-VC-6438 for failure to maintain brakes (equipment).

There was lawn damage to the property of 501 N. Delsea Dr., from this collision.
