On 09-19-2016, members of the Vineland Police Department’s Street Crime arrested the above subjects after they were located on the property of the Rodeway Inn. Bergen and Crawford were both charged with defiant trespassing and released on summons complaints. Bergen was also found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest from Burlington City with bail at $290.00. He was released ROR. Lebron was charged with possession of CDS-Marijuana under 50 grams and possession of CDS-Mariuana with intent to distribute. Lebron was released on a summons complaint pending court.

Accused # 3: Jimmy Ocasio (48 YOA); 4191 Lake Road # 1, Vineland NJ 08360

On 09/20/2016, the Vineland Police Department Street Crimes Unit were in the area of 2134 West Landis Avenue, Wingate Inn and arrested the above subjects for the following offenses. Jonathan  Gonzalez was charged with Distribution of Crack Cocaine, Distribution of Oxycodone, and Possession of Crack Cocaine and Oxycodone with the Intent to Distribute, as well as Possession of Crack Cocaine and Oxycodone.  He was processed and released on a summons complaint pending court. Jimmy Ocasio was charged with Possession of Crack Cocaine, Heroin, and Oxycodone, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  He was processed and released on summons complaints. Bobbie Silvers was charged with Possession of Crack Cocaine, Xanax and Oxycodone and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  She was processed and released on summons complaints, however Silvers had outstanding warrants for her arrest from Cumberland County Superior Court and was lodged in jail.  She was transported to the Cumberland County Jail in lieu bail of $1,680.00 and $550.00.

Accused:  Yvette Colon, 56 yoa, residing at 1040 East Landis Avenue #504, Vineland NJ 08360 

On 9-16-2016, Yvette Colon was arrested near the intersection of North Seventh Street and East Wood Street on the following outstanding warrants:  Warrant #1 0614-S2016-1096, Vineland City $1,000.00 full cash; Warrant# 2, 0614-S2016-2221, Vineland City $1,000.00 full cash.  Search incident to arrest also revealed she was in possession of drug paraphernalia and a hypodermic syringe. She was released on a summons complaint for these charges and released ROR on the warrants.

1)  0614-S2016-3109, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of crack cocaine. 

2)  0614-S2016-3110, possession of marijuana less than 50 grams. 

He also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest;  CS51229435A, Cumberland County Superior Court warrant for the amount of $11,231.49. Wilson was turned over to Cumberland County Jail.

The above accused was arrested following a motor vehicle stop in which it was determined he had a suspended driver’s license and warrants for his arrest. Search incident to arrest revealed he was also in possession of marijuana. He was released on a summons complaint pending court for those offenses. Johnson was also released ROR on warrants E16-5259, Egg Harbor Twp. $500.00 and  0614-E16-2095, Vineland City $550.00.
