Homicide Unit Investigation  

On August 1, 2016, at approximately 4:45 a.m., District Three officers responded to the 4000 block of St. Lawrence Avenue for a reported shooting.  Upon arrival, officers located Mario Berduo Augustin, 31 years of age, suffering from gunshot wounds.  He was transported to University of Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment.

On August 6, 2016, Mario Berduo Augustin died from his injuries.        

Investigation by the Homicide Unit is ongoing.
