Jeronimo-Ramirez (Driver #1) was charged with the following offenses following a two vehicle collision at Delsea Drive and Garden Road:

Unlicensed Driver Causing Serious Bodily Injury, 2C:40-22b. Jeronimo-Ramirez was processed on warrant #W-2016-002436 and held on $10,000 cash bail. He was also issued the following motor vehicle summonses:

An investigation by Officer Winquist revealed that vehicle #1 was traveling North on Delsea Dr and vehicle #2 was traveling South on Delsea Dr. Vehicle #1 attempted to make a left turn into the BB&T Bank and in the process of turning, crashed into vehicle #2, which was a motorcycle. Driver #2 sustained a serious injury to his leg and was transported to Cooper Medical Center.

Driver #2: Redden, Randy (M-57) Vineland

 Driver 1 stated he was north on Delsea Drive and missed a turn into a driveway.  He stated he began to pull to the right so he could enter the parking lot of 1509 North Delsea, European Auto, to turn around however changed his mind last minute.  He stated he began to make a U-Turn on Delsea Drive and crashed into Vehicle 2, that was also traveling north on Delsea Drive.  Driver 1 was issued summons # 0614-VC-11353 for Improper U-Turn, 39:4-125, with a court date before the Vineland Municipal Court.  

    Driver 2 stated he was north on Delsea Drive in the area of 1509 North Delsea, European Auto, when Vehicle 1 pulled to the right shoulder of the roadway.  He stated he continued north and was traveling past Vehicle 1 when it suddenly attempted to make a U-Turn and crashed into his vehicle.

Driver #1 stated she was making a left turn from the east bound lane on W Landis Ave into the Ramada Inn (2216 W Landis Ave) parking lot, when Vehicle #2 and Vehicle #3 struck her vehicle.  Driver #1 explained that she did not see the vehicles prior to making her left turn. 

Driver #1 and occupant claimed no injury.  

Vehicle #1 sustained moderate rear-end damage and was parked in the Ramada Inn parking lot to wait for a private tow. 

Driver #2 states he was traveling west bound lane closest to the curb on W Landis Ave when Vehicle #1 pulled out in front of him from the east bound lane and stopped.  Driver #2 immediately applied his brakes and attempted to go around the rear of Vehicle #1 but was unable to avoid the collision.  Driver #2 explained it appeared as if Vehicle #1 hesitated instead of just pulling into the parking lot. 

Driver #2 claimed no injury. 

Vehicle #2 sustained moderate damage to the front passenger side bumper / wheel well / tire and was driven from the scene after he changed the tire. 

Driver #3 states he was he was traveling west bound on W Landis Ave behind Vehicle #2, when Vehicle #1 pulled out in front of Vehicle #2 from the east bound lane and stopped.  Vehicle #2 attempted to go around Vehicle #1 but was unable to avoid the collision. 

Driver #3 and occupant claimed no injury. 

Vehicle #3 sustained moderate damage to the front passenger side bumper / wheel well / tire and was parked in the Ramada parking lot to wait for a private tow. 

Driver #1 was issued summons #0614-VC-010731 for 39:4-66 (improper entrance of driveway), subpoenas were completed for Driver #2 and Driver #3.

Location: Lincoln Avenue and Landis Avenue

Date: 7/31/16 @ 1407hrs

Driver #1: Waldinger, Samatha (F-18) Vineland

Driver #2: Clark, Frances (F-80) Minotola

Driver #1 stated she was making a left turn out of the driveway at 3600 East Landis Avenue onto North Lincoln Avenue, north bound.  She stated she didn’t see vehicle #2 and they collided.  Driver #1 and her passenger claimed to have no injuries.  Note:  the occupants of the vehicle’s mother, Debra Waldinger, responded and confirmed no medical treatment was needed.  Vehicle #1 was towed from the scene by Caldero’s. 

Driver #2 stated she was traveling south bound on North Lincoln Avenue, when vehicle #1 pulled out in front of her, striking her vehicle.  Driver #1 claimed to have injuries to her arms and chin and her passenger claimed to have injuries to her knees and head; both occupants were taken to Inspira – Vineland, by Vineland EMS.  Vehicle #2 was towed from the scene by Speedy’s.   

Driver #1 was issued the following summons pending her court date set for August 8, 2016, at 9:00AM in Vineland Municipal Court.  Subpoenas were completed for driver #2.

Ruff was found slumped over in his vehicle following a minor collision in the parking lot of 554 S. Delsea Drive. After an investigation, he was charged with the following offenses:
