28 July 2016 The York City Police Dept. NEU conducted a prostitution detail using Backpage.  During the detail, officers made arrests for both prostitution and soliciting prostitution.

Arrested:

Chad L. Fetrow, age 32, York Haven, PA, soliciting prostitution.

Michael H. Brown, age 31, York, PA, soliciting prostitution.

Joengie J. Escalera, age 18, Allentown, PA, prostitution.

Richard W. Schinitker, age 53, Shrewsbury, PA, soliciting prostitution.

Tivonia N. Silmon, age 33, Elizabethtown, PA, prostitution.

All subjects were transported to central booking for processing and released.  A summons will be filed against each person.
