Driver #1 stated that she was traveling West on Burns Avenue. She stated that she has been having car problems and when she pushed the gas pedal, her car veered off the roadway, striking a pole. Driver #1 was bleeding from her face and went with EMS to Inspira hospital. Vehicle #1 had heavy front end damage. Vehicle #1 was towed by JC towing. Driver #1 was issued summons #E16-001544 for 39:4-88b The utility pole that was struck had minor scratches to it. It was not numbered, however the electric utility was contacted and advised of the collision.

On this date I was dispatched to Delsea Drive and Chestnut Avenue regarding a two car collision. At the scene I spoke with Driver#1 who stated she was emerging from the driveway of Town Liquors when another driver waived her on, to proceed into the roadway. Driver #1 stated she proceeded and struck vehicle #2. Driver # 1 sustained minor damage to the front passenger side of the vehicle. Driver #2 stated he was stopped at the traffic light which was red when veh#1 struck his vehicle. Driver #2 sustained damage to the rear bumper of his vehicle and related the rear door could not be opened due to the damage on his vehicle. Both drivers related there was no injuries and had concern about the damage they did to each other's vehicles. I did check the damage vehicle #2 sustained and it appeared there was minor chipped paint on the bumper that was not located at the scene. However traffic was steady on that roadway prior to my arrival. Driver #2 was issued the following summonses: Summonses #0614 V 063218 Careless Driving Summonses #0614 V063217 Unregistered A subpoena was also completed for Driver #2. Driver #2 had a Maryland Insurance Card Policy # 1901527D0620A/ State Farm Mutual Auto / Code # NAIC 25178/ Felicia C. Everett 301-220-4111, expiration 10.2.2016/ other numerical identifiers were also on the card (2389229-D02-20)

Driver #2: Lisa Frankenfield 51 of the 200 block of N. East Ave. Driver #1 stated as he was traveling south bound on Delsea Dr, approaching Landis Ave, with a green light, vehicle #2, who was west bound on Landis Ave failed to stop at her red light and caused the collision. Driver #2 stated she was west bound on Landis Ave, approaching Delsea Dr, she failed to observe her red traffic signal and caused the collision. On scene was a witness: William Turner, who related he was traveling behind vehicle #1 at the time of the collision. Turner related as vehicle #1 entered the intersection of Delsea Dr and Landis Ave, with a green light, vehicle #2 traveled into the intersection with a red light and caused the collision. As a result of the collision both vehicles sustained moderate damage. Vehicle #1 sustained damage to its front end as vehicle #2 sustained damage to its rear passenger wheel and quarter fender. Driver #1 complained of pain to his chest due to the air bag deployment. Vineland EMS was dispatched and arrived on scene. EMS personnel tended to driver #1, however he refused to be transported to the hospital. Vehicle #1 was towed by JC towing. Vehicle #2 was towed by Court House Towing. Driver #1 was issued a summons for Fail to Observe / VC-009278

Driver # 1 stated he was traveling North on West Avenue when his vehicle was struck by a vehicle making a right turn from the left turning lane on West Avenue. Driver # 2 stated he was traveling North on West Avenue when he realized he passed the driveway of Sopranos pizza. As he attempted to make a right turn into the driveway his vehicle struck a yellow cab. Driver # 2 added as he was turning he observed the yellow cab coming North on West Avenue at a high rate. He applied his brakes to stop however his vehicle struck the cab. No injuries reported by either driver. Damage to both vehicles were minor paint transfer. Driver # 2 was issued the following summons. Upon my arrival on scene, driver #1 stated while traveling East on Landis Avenue, in the left turn lane, he hit the back of vehicle #2 after his brakes did not work properly. Upon checking, the brake pedal/brakes did appear to be having a problem. Driver #2 stated while stopped in traffic, in the left turn lane, facing East on Landis Avenue, driver #1 ran into the back of her vehicle. No injuries were reported. Vehicle #1 was towed by Ayala Towing. Vehicle #2 sustained minor paint transfer/scratches on the back bumper. At this time, driver #1 was not issued a traffic summons.

On July 11, 2016 at approximately 4:30PM, I responded to 1287 Heights Place for a Hit and Run Collision Complaint. Upon my arrival, I spoke with driver#1 who stated the collision occurred at the intersection of Southeast Boulevard and Grant Avenue, Vineland. Driver#2 stated that he was traveling north on Southeast Boulevard crossing over Grant Avenue when driver#1 struck his vehicle on the passenger rear side. Driver#2 stated that he slowed down, pulled over and checked the damage to his vehicle when he noticed driver#2 fleeing the scene heading west towards Delsea Drive. Driver#1 stated that he then got back into his vehicle and attempted to follow the vehicle but lost sight of him. Driver#1 described the vehicle as a blue Chrysler 300 with tinted windows. He stated that driver#2's vehicle should have damage to the front passenger side of the vehicle. Driver#2 stated that he called in the collision to our dispatch and returned to the scene of the accident. He stated that he waited over an hour for police arrival so he left and went to his parent’s residence to wait for our arrival. Driver#1 claimed no injuries and declined medical attention. Driver #1 stated that he was travelling north on South Main Road when there was a vehicle in his lane in front of him. He swerved off of the roadway to avoid striking the vehicle, however struck a telephone pole. Vehicle #1 had heavy front end damage and was towed from the scene by Bee Brothers Towing. Driver #1 had a complaint of pain to his head. He was transported by EMS to Inspira for further treatment. Driver #1 was issued summons #E16-001563 for 39:3-40 and #E16-001574 for 39:4-97 The vehicle that Driver #1 claimed was stopped in the roadway remained on scene and I spoke with the driver. He stated that he was stopped in traffic, waiting to back his vehicle into his driveway at 3444 South Main Road. Once Traffic Cleared, he began backing in. He stated that he saw Vehicle #1 behind him, which appeared to be going at a high rate of speed. As he was backing into his driveway, Vehicle #1 swerved out of the roadway, instead of slowing down and stopping, striking the telephone pole. I then spoke with the homeowner of 3435 South Main Road, Frank Medio. Medio stated that along with the pole that was struck, his mailbox was also struck by vehicle #1. He estimated the damage to his mailbox at approximately $100.00.

Driver #1 stated that she entered the parking lot of the Vineland Board of Education Service Building and attempted to park the bus she was operating when she struck a vehicle parked in a stall. She reported that she thought she had enough clearance but she side swiped the mirror of Vehicle #2 causing minor damage. Driver #'1's vehicle sustained minor damage to the middle portion of the vehicle. Driver #1 refused medical attention at the scene. Vehicle #2's owner was notified of the incident and personal information for report purposes was collected at the scene. Driver #2's vehicle sustained minor damage to the driver side mirror. On July 11, 2016, I was dispatched to the area of East Landis Avenue and North Lincoln Avenue, in regards to a motor vehicle collision. Upon my arrival on scene, driver #1 stated while attempting to make a left turn onto Landis Avenue, from a private driveway, she looked but did not see vehicle #2 traveling West on Landis Avenue, due to a truck being in the outside lane. Driver #2 stated while traveling West on Landis Avenue, driver #1 made a left turn in front of her. Driver #2 further said she blew her horn. Driver #1, driver #2 along with two occupants from vehicle #2 complained of pain. Vineland Emergency Medical Service responded to the scene. Driver #1 refused medical treatment at this time. Driver #2 and occupants were transported to Inspira Hospital by Vineland EMS for treatment. A passing motorist named Alejandro Jimenez, 1005 Central Avenue #A, Minotola, New Jersey 08341, assisted with translating. Vehicle #1 was towed by Southside. Vehicle #2 was towed by Giancola. Driver #1 was issued a traffic summons for Failure to Yield, summons # VC010348. Traffic subpoenas were completed for driver #2 along with Jimenez.

Driver #1 stated she was traveling east bound on East Park Avenue approaching Crystal Avenue behind Vehicle #2. Driver #1 stated Vehicle #2 stopped abruptly so Driver #1 attempted to do so as well but, was “unable to” in time. Resulting in Vehicle #1 rear ending Vehicle #2.
Driver #2 stated she was traveling east bound on East Park Avenue approaching Crystal Avenue when she stopped in traffic as it was backed up at the intersection. Driver #2 stated at that time she was rear ended by Vehicle #1.
Both drivers did not have a complaint of pain.
Vehicle #1 sustained no visible damage to the front end.
Vehicle #2 sustained minor damage to the rear bumper. I could not observe damage but, Driver #1 claimed the bumper was pushed in as a result of the collision. This reportedly caused the trunk from not opening on its own.
No summons issued due to no injuries and minor.
NOTE: I recorded through my MVR the roadway approaching the crash scene in my low profile Vineland Police Traffic Unit patrol vehicle, Tango 4, equipped with a MVR. Statements were recorded utilizing the same.

Driver #1 stated at the scene she was traveling North on Delsea Dr behind vehicle #2 when vehicle #2 began to braking and slowing down at a fast rate. Driver #1 stated she "slammed" on her brakes but was unable to stop and crashed into the rear of vehicle #1. Driver #1 said after she crashed into vehicle #2 vehicle #3 crashed into the rear of her vehicle. Driver #1 complained of pain and was transported to Inspira Medical Center by Vineland EMS. Driver #2 stated at the scene he was traveling North on Delsea Dr and had stopped in traffic when vehicle #2 crashed into the rear of his vehicle. Driver #2 was not injured. Driver #3 stated at the scene he was traveling North on Delsea Dr behind vehicle #1 when vehicle #2 came to a sudden stop and vehicle #1 crashed into vehicle #2. Driver #3 said he attempted to maneuver his vehicle to avoid crashing into vehicle #1 but was unable to and crashed into the rear of vehicle #1. Driver #3 and the passenger in vehicle #3 were not injured. I spoke to a witness, William Acevedo-Ayala. The witness stated he was stopped at the exit of the One Stop Career Center (245 N Delsea Dr) when he observed vehicle #2 stop abruptly and vehicle #1 crashed into the rear of vehicle #2. The witness stated vehicle #3 attempted to avoid the crash but was unable to and crashed into the rear of vehicle #1. Driver #1 and Driver #3 were issued summonses for Following Too Closely (Tailgating), 39:4-89.
