Homicide Unit Investigation  

On March 5, 2016, at 2:23 a.m., District One officers responded to 716 Derrick Turnbow Avenue for a report of a person shot.  The victim was located inside the residence and pronounced dead on the scene.  He has been identified as Charles Weathers, 46 years of age. 

***UPDATE***

On July 7, 2016, Homicide Detectives signed a murder warrant against Durrell Fuller for causing the death of Charles Weathers.  With assistance from the Fugitive Apprehension Unit, Durrell Fuller (Male black born 8/10/1990) was located, arrested and charged with Murder, Aggravated Robbery and Weapons Under Disability.
