Driver #1 states while driving North on Mays landing Road a deer ran across the roadway and entered his lane of travel striking the front drivers side portion of the vehicle. At the time of my arrival driver #1 had no visible signs of injuries and no complaint of pain. Driver #1 claimed no injuries. Vehicle #1 sustained moderate damage to the front driver's side of the vehicle. Vehicle #1 was driven from the scene. No summons were issued at this time.

Driver #1 stated at the scene he was traveling East through the Wawa parking lot and was stopped in a line of cars when vehicle #2 backed and crashed into his vehicle. Driver #1 stated he had a brief conversation with driver #2 and all of the sudden driver #2 fled the scene westbound on Sherman Ave. Driver #1 was able to obtain the license plate of vehicle #2 and got a good look at the driver. Driver #1 and the passenger in vehicle #1 were not injured. Driver #1 said driver #2 was a white male in his late teens early twenties with acne. A check of the license plate through New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission revealed the owner was Melanie Mcdowell of 3022 Carmel Rd Millville, NJ. This address is covered by the NJ State Police Bridgeton Barracks. State Police sent a Trooper to the address and the vehicle was not there and they received no response at the door. On this date, May 20, 2016, I was dispatched to the area of North Delsea Drive and West Garden Road, in regards to a motor vehicle crash. When I arrived in the area, the crash was located south of the intersection, closer to West Wheat Road. When I arrived on scene, I met with both drivers and the following statements were made regarding the crash. Driver #1 stated he was traveling north on Delsea Drive and realized he missed his stop. He stated he pulled to the shoulder of the road to make a U turn. Driver #1 stated he looked and thought the roadway was clear and started to make a U turn, and he didn't see vehicle #2 coming down the roadway and vehicle #2 struck the rear driver side fender of vehicle #1. I then spoke with driver #2 and he related he was traveling north on Delsea Drive and observed vehicle #1 pulled over to the shoulder of the road. Driver #2 stated he thought driver #1 was parked on the road edge and as he was approaching, vehicle #1 re-entered the roadway, and he swerved to avoid the crash, but struck the rear of the vehicle. No injuries were reported and Vineland EMS was not needed on scene. Vehicle #1 sustained a minor dent to the driver rear fender behind the wheel, but was able to be driven from the scene. Vehicle #2 sustained extensive damage to the front end and was towed from the scene by Allonardo Brothers. Driver #1 was issued summons # 0614-VC-9711 for careless driving (39:4-97) and was given a court date of June 1, 2016, at the Vineland Municipal Court.

Driver # 1 stated he was traveling northbound on Hance Bridge, approaching the intersection with East Sherman Avenue when vehicle # 2 processed through the intersection and collided with his vehicle. He stated he observed driver # 2 in a complete stop at the stop sign however apparently did not see approaching and proceeded through the intersection. Driver # 1 explained his vehicle spun due to the impact and exited from the roadway, striking utility pole number SJL322L where his vehicle came to rest. Driver # 2 stated he was at the intersection of East Sherman Avenue and Hance Bridge, facing east in a complete stop. He decided to proceed through the intersection at which time he struck vehicle # 1. Driver # 2 indicated he did not see vehicle # 1 approaching due to the sun glare on his face. Driver # 1 indicated he did not suffered any injuries during the crash. Driver # 2 sustained a superficial cut on his forehead. Vineland E.M.S responded, however he refused medical treatment at this time. Vehicle # 1 sustained damage on the rear left/ driver's side tire, left side fender, rear bumper area and passenger side. Vehicle # 1 was towed from the scene by JC Towing. Vehicle # 2 had damage on the front area and it was towed from the scene by Court House Towing. Vineland Municipal Electric Company was advised regarding the pole (SJL322L) was struck and there were no visible damage. Point of Impact (P.O.I # 2) was approximately 18 feet east of the east road edge or Hance Bridge Road and approximately 30 Feet north of the north curb line of East Sherman Avenue. No traffic summons were issued at this time.

Driver #1 stated at the scene she was making a left turn out of the Popeye's Restaurant (275 N Delsea Dr) parking lot when vehicle #2, which was traveling North on Delsea Dr, abruptly changed lanes into the center lane and caused a crash. Driver #1 said vehicle #2 was driving at a high rate of speed and gave her no time to react. Driver #1 was not injured. Driver #2 stated at the scene he was traveling North on Delsea Dr and he changed lanes into the center turning lane, with the intention of making a left turn into Mcdonald's Restaurant (306 N Delsea Dr), when vehicle #2 crashed into him. Driver #2 and the passenger in vehicle #2 were not injured. I spoke to Robert Bair who witnessed the crash. Bair stated he was traveling South on Delsea Dr when the crash occurred. Bair stated that vehicle #2 got into the turning lane too early and was traveling at a high rate of speed when the crash occurred. No injuries were reported at the scene and no summonses were issued at this time.

Driver #2 stated that she turned onto Maple Ave from Linwood Ave and began traveling west when Driver #1 pulled onto Maple Ave from Alps Place and struck her vehicle. She indicated that Driver #1 never came to a complete stop at the stop sign of Alps Place before pulling onto Maple Ave. Driver #2's vehicle sustained extensive damage to the rear bumper. EMS responded to the scene and Driver #2 was transported to Inspira Health Network in regards to anxiety related issues. No tows were needed. Driver #1 stated that he was stopped at a stop sign on Alps Place when he looked for any oncoming traffic on Maple Ave. Driver #1 stated that accelerated forward onto Maple Ave because he believed the roadway was clear but he did not realize Driver #2 had pulled onto Maple Ave from Linwood Ave. Driver #1 stated that he did not observe Driver #2's vehicle until the last moment and he was unable to avoid colliding with her vehicle. Driver #1 and all passengers claimed no injuries at the scene. Driver #1's vehicle sustained minor damage to the front bumper. No Summonses were issued.

Driver #1 stated that he was stopped at the light (Red Light) of S East Ave when he attempted to make a right hand turn onto E Chestnut Ave to proceed East bound. Driver #1 said as he made a right hand turn, Driver #2 collided with the driver side of his vehicle causing extensive damage to the door. Driver #1 claims that he did not see Driver #2 until the last moment and he was unable to avoid the collision. Driver #1 claimed no injuries at the scene. No Tow was needed. Driver #2 stated that he was traveling East on E Chestnut Ave towards the intersection of S East Ave (Green Light) when Driver #1 who was stopped on S East Ave facing North bound, made a right hand turn into the his lane travel. As a result, Driver #2 stated that he collided with the passenger side door of Driver #1's vehicle. Driver #2's vehicle sustained minor damage to the front bumper. He claimed no injuries at the scene. No Summonses were issued.

Driver of vehicle #1 stated while traveling southbound in attempts to exit the Siloam cemetery, driver # 1 stated she made a left turn and collided into "something". Driver # 1 stated she contacted her sister, who then contacted the Vineland Police Department Driver of vehicle #1 exhibited signs of intoxication and a Field Sobriety Test was conducted by Officer G. Apel. Driver of vehicle # 1 was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated (39:4-50) It was discovered that the driver of vehicle #1 collided with three grave stone head markers, see case # 2016-029642 for more information. Vehicle #1 sustained major damage to the front end and was towed by JC towing by the authority of the Vineland Police Department Driver # 1 had minor injury specifically a scratch to her left arm and refused medical attention by Vineland EMS Driver # 1 performed a series of breathalyzer tests while at Headquarters and tests revealed Driver #1 has a BAC level of 0.19% Driver # 1 was issued summons for Driving While Intoxicated 39:4-50 (0614-VC-010472), Reckless Driving 39:4-96 (0614-VC-010473) and Driving while Suspended 39:3-40 (0614-VC-010474).

Driver #1 was backing out a parking stall on East Landis Avenue when he struck Driver #2. Driver #1 pulled out of the parking stall and traveled north through a parking lot towards Wood Street. Driver #1 was driving a blue in color Dodge Avenger bearing New Jersey Registration B89 DJJ traveling west on Wood Street. Driver #2 stated she was stopped in traffic heading west on East Landis Avenue waiting for the traffic signal to change when she was struck by Driver #1. Driver #2 stated she pulled into the parking stall near Driver #1 when Driver #1 left the scene of accident. Driver #2 stated she then contacted this department. Driver #2 claimed no injuries while on scene and declined medical attention. Driver #2's vehicle sustained moderate damage to the front passenger door and was able to be driven from the scene.
While on scene, I spoke with a witness, who wished to remain anonymous, who stated he saw a Hispanic male backed into Driver #2 and leave the scene north through a parking lot towards Wood Street. With the information provided by Driver #2, I was able to check the registration which is suspended and obtain information for an Elsie Gutierrez residing at 710 Washington Avenue, B, Vineland NJ. I checked the residence for the vehicle and the registered owner but had negative results. I spoke with a resident, Nakira Colon, residing at 710 Washington Avenue, B, who stated no one who resides at this residence owns a blue Dodge nor does an Elsie Gutierrez resides here. At this time, the investigation to be continued pending further information.

Driver 1 stated he was travelling North on S Lincoln Ave behind a grey in color, possibly Lincoln sedan. Driver 1 stated while travelling at approximately 45MPH he observed the vehicle in front of him come to a sudden stop. Driver 1 applied his breaks but realized he would not be able to stop in time. Driver 1 maneuvered his vehicle to the right to avoid a collision and began to slide on the wet surface. He then left the roadway, sliding through an open field. He then struck a row of small trees which then spun him around and brought the vehicle to a stop. Driver 1 sustained moderate damage to the driver side of the truck. Driver 1 nor his passengers claimed any injuries at the scene. The vehicle was able to be driven away by driver 1. The driver of the above mentioned grey sedan was not struck in the incident. The driver of that vehicle did not stop and continued travelling North on S Lincoln Ave. I was not able to locate that vehicle or any other witnesses to the collision.

Driver #1 was traveling west bound on East Elmer Road when he/she struck a parked vehicle. Driver#1 left the scene in an unknown make, model, color, with an unknown registration traveling in an unknown direction.
The owner of the parked vehicle stated she had left her vehicle parked in front of her sister's residence at 462 East Elmer Road, Vineland NJ approximately at 9:30PM on 05/21/2016. She stated when she went out to her vehicle this morning approximately at 8:30AM, she noticed her vehicle had been hit on the driver’s side passenger door along with the driver's side mirror. The owner stated she contacted this department after seeing the damage to her vehicle. The owner stated she didn't hear nor see anything unusual last night.
The parked vehicle was unoccupied at the time of the incident. The parked vehicle had moderate damage to the driver’s side rear fender all the way to the driver's side mirror.

Driver #1 stated she was stopped for the red light in the left turn lane of the Northeast Blvd at the intersection of East Park Avenue. Driver #1 said while waiting for the light to change, her vehicle was struck from behind by vehicle #2.
Driver #2 stated she was stopped behind vehicle #1 in the left turn lane of the Northeast Blvd. Driver #2 said the light to turn left was red however the traffic light for traveling north turned green. She said vehicle #1 moved slightly forward when she believed she and vehicle #1 had the green light. Drive r#2 said she proceeded forward and struck the rear of vehicle #1.
At the scene, vehicle #1 sustained minor damage to the rear bumper while no visible damage was observed to vehicle #2. No injuries were reported at the scene by any of the parties involved in the collision.
No witnesses to the collision were located at the scene and no summonses were issued.

Driver #1 fled the scene prior to my arrival. Driver #2 made the following statements. Driver #2, Andrew Ramirez, stated he parked his brother's vehicle in a parking stall at 554 S Delsea Dr, Liquor Mart, and entered the business.
Ramirez indicated when he exited the store and returned to the vehicle he observed the grille to the front of his brothers 2007 Buick bearing WA REG: AMH4433, had damage to it that wasn't there before he entered the store. Ramirez then entered the store again and requested to see video surveillance of the parking lot.
While viewing the surveillance footage, Ramirez stated he observed a large silver pickup truck, possible a Toyota Tacoma that was lifted beyond stock height back into his vehicle causing it to rock back and forth. After the truck backed into Ramirez's vehicle, the truck quickly drove forward out of the north exit of the parking lot and drove west bound on W Chestnut Ave. I too viewed the surveillance footage and confirmed Ramirez's statement. Unfortunately due to the quality of the video and the distance from the camera to where the collision took place, I was unable to obtain a tag on the pickup truck. Ramirez's vehicle sustained minor damage. No summonses were issued.

Driver #1 stated as she was south bound on West Ave, vehicle #2, which was stopped at the intersection of Almond St and West Ave, pulled out in front of her causing the collision. Driver #2 stated after stopping at the intersection, Almond St and West Ave, he proceeding through the intersection with intent to make a left turn. Upon proceeding driver #2 was collided into by vehicle #1, which he claimed was speeding. Also on scene was a witness, Monique Lusby. Lusby related she was traveling north bound on West Ave (just south of Almond St) and saw vehicle #2 pulled out in front of vehicle #1 causing the collision. Lusby related it was her opinion vehicle #1 was not speeding. As a result of the collision all occupants sustained an injury; driver #1: chest pain, vehicle#1's passenger: neck pain, and driver #2 neck pain. All occupants were transported to Inspira hospital by Vineland EMS / unit 624. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage: vehicle #1: front end, vehicle #2: driver side damage. Vehicle #1 was towed by Giancola and vehicle #2 by Joe's Bug Towing. Driver #2 was issued a summons, VC-009270, for failure to stop / yield.

Upon my arrival I spoke to Driver 2, who was in the back of Vineland EMS truck, who stated the following;
Driver 2 she was driving eastbound on West Garden Rd when she hit the rear corner of the trailer of a tractor trailer. Driver 2 stated the truck got on to the on ramp to proceed onto Route 55 and turned in front of her vehicle. As a result of the truck going in front of her vehicle she struck the rear right side of the trailer causing a substantial amount of damage to her vehicle and causing her front airbags to deploy. Driver 2 had complaint of pain to her wrist from the airbag and was transported to Inspira health Network in Vineland for treatment. I then spoke to driver 1 who was on the side of Route 55. Driver 1 stated while driving westbound on West Garden Rd he noticed a vehicle in the distance and began to make his turn onto the on ramp since he believed there was enough time to make his turn. Driver 1 stated while making his turn he noticed a vehicle struck the rear of his trailer but continued to drive so he did not back up traffic and waited for officers to arrive. Vehicle 1 had minor damage to the rear of the trailer and was able to be driven. As a result of the collision driver 1 was issued several summons, suspended registration 39:3-40 0614 VC 10829 improper emerging 39:4-66B 0614 VC 10828

Driver #1 was traveling south on South Delsea Drive when he/she left the lane of travel struck the barrier median and two posted NJ DOT traffic signs. Driver #1 left the scene in a Grey Acura TL bearing New Jersey Registration Y56ESU traveling in an unknown direction. It is unknown if Driver #1 sustained any injuries. Driver #1's vehicle sustained severe front end damage due to the front bumper and several pieces of the vehicle including the license plate left at the scene. Dispatch advised me the registered owner Robin Carrington Green resides at 115 Lummis Mill Road, Bridgeton NJ 08302. I contacted State Police Port Norris and advised him of the above incident. I spoke with Trooper Coulbourn who stated he would have a unit respond to the residence in attempt to make contact with Robin Carrington Green and locate the vehicle. I checked this departments' in house database and located a different address for Robin Carrington Green at 755 South Delsea Drive. I checked 755 S. Delsea Dr. but the residence was vacant and had negative results for the vehicle and the registered owner. It should be noted a call was received at 12:51AM on 05/24/2016 in regards to the caller hearing a crash in front in the area of South Delsea Drive and Smith Street. At the time, Patrol was unable to locate any vehicles or signs of a collision. The debris of the collision were scattered throughout the roadway and the signs were located on the barrier median upon my arrival. The proper authorities were notified of the traffic signs and the debris in the roadway.

Driver 1 stated she was traveling North on Orchard Rd. coming to a stop at Landis Ave. when she misjudged the distance to the stopped vehicle in front of her and ran into it. She stated neither she nor her passenger were injured. Vehicle 1 received only minor damage to the front bumper and was driven from the scene. Driver 2 stated she was stopped on Orchard Rd. at Landis Ave. waiting to turn right onto Landis when she was struck in the rear by vehicle 1. Driver 2 was not injured as a result of the collision. Vehicle 2 received damage to the rear bumper but was able to be driven from the scene. Driver 1 was issued summons VC7334 for careless driving.
