Homicide Unit Investigation  

On April 1, 2016, at approximately 4:45 p.m., District Three officers responded to a reported a car off the road in the 3000 block of Beekman Street.  Officers located the vehicle in a nearby wooded area.  First responders located a shooting victim inside the vehicle.  The victim had already succumbed to his injuries.  The victim has been identified as Jydale Keith, a male black born July 14, 1995. 

On April 4th, 2016, the Cincinnati Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit apprehended Cordero Lane, 22 years of age.  The Cincinnati Police Homicide Unit charged Mr. Lane with Murder in the death of Mr. Keith.

On May 3, 2016, the Cincinnati Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit apprehended Jeremy Johnson, 29 years of age.  The Cincinnati Police Homicide Unit charged Mr. Johnson with Murder in the death of Mr. Keith.
