Above subject was arrested for shoplifting at the Home Depot store. He had placed a DeWalt brand drill on a shopping cart, along with a sheet of plywood and other items. He went to the self checkout line and scanned several items, but not the drill or plywood. Pollock was detained and placed under arrest. The drill was valued at $99.00 and the plywood at $16.75. He was processed on a summons complaint and released pending court.

She was processed on a summons complaint for the shoplifting charge and released ROR on the warrant.
