On 02/15/16, Delhi Officers responded to the 5800 block of Juvene Way, reference a burglary report. Within a few hours, with the assistance of the Cincinnati Police Department, District Three, a suspect was developed. Delhi Detectives worked in conjunction with Cincinnati Police Detectives and developed a second suspect. After a lengthy investigation, two arrests were made and some of the stolen property was recovered. Both suspects were taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center.

Arrested:

1) Damon Smith, 23 years old, was charged with Complicity to Burglary, 2 counts of Receiving Stolen Property (firearms), and Weapons While Under Disability.

2) Jesse Michel, 20 years old, was charged with Burglary and 3 counts of Theft (firearms).
