Police were dispatched to Atlantic Coast Freezers to investigate a report that one of the employees possibly had a firearm in his possession. Ferrera was located at the scene. A .32 caliber revolver was found in his pocket. Ferrera was also charged with obstructing because he did not follow officer’s orders when he was initially confronted.
