Driver #1: Unknown (Hit and Run)
Witness #1 stated she was entering Premier Orthopedics (298 South Delsea Drive) when she observed a collision in the parking lot (east side). Witness #1 stated she observed Vehicle #1 exit a parking stall and make a left hand turn to exit the parking lot. Witness #1 indicated Vehicle #1 rear ended Vehicle #2 (parked vehicle in adjacent stall) when making the left hand turn.
According to Witness #1, Vehicle #1 stopped briefly after the collision making it appear as though he was aware that he struck the vehicle (#2). Witness #1 advised after Driver #1 waited briefly, he exited the parking lot and fled on South Delsea Drive in an unknown direction. Witness #1 immediately entered Premier Orthopedics and asked who the owner of Vehicle #2 was. At which time, she met with Preston M. Centuolo. Preston then contacted this police department.
Witness #1 provided the following description for Driver #1: a white male in his 60s.
Centuolo and Witness #1 stated the Vehicle #1 is described as a tan colored mid 2000 Dodge Durango. The area was checked for the accused vehicle and it checked negative.
I met with Director of Operations of Premier Orthopedics, Antoinette Finizio, who was advised of the incident. Finizio notified her fellow staff member of the collision to check the camera (only one) on the southeast side of the building (352 South Delsea Drive; Premier Surgical Center) but, the results were negative. I provided Finizio with the description of the Driver #1 and she stated she will review the checkout list with the timeframe of the collision. Finizio was provided my contact information and indicated she will contact me with her findings.
Vehicle #2 sustained minor damage to the rear bumper. Centuolo was provided with the case number of the report. Investigation pending additional information…

On January 21, 2016, I spoke with Edward Hare, a representative for Trans Tech Inc., 1400 North Mill Road, Vineland, New Jersey 08360. Mr. Hare advised that an unknown vehicle struck a metal fence on the above mentioned property sometime between the dates of January 11, 2016 and January 15, 2016. Mr. Hare explained this property is closed for business and he performed a property check on January 11, 2016, and the damage was not present at that time. On January 15, 2016, Mr. Hare said another employee checked the property and discovered the damage but failed to contact this department to report the incident. Damaged was a section of metal chain link fence located on the east side of the property. In the area of the damage, a cleat set of tire marks could be seen. It is believed to have been caused by a large truck, unknown make and model. At this time the accused vehicle is unknown. Investigation will continue upon learning any additional information.

Upon my arrival, I spoke with homeowner of 56 South Valley Avenue, Paul D Menz who stated an unknown driver struck his wooden fence and fled the scene. Tire tracks were observed on Menz’s property and near the fence area. He believed the accident occurred between 7:10 AM. And 9:30 A.M. He estimated the time of the accident by using the time he left his residence and his neighbor’s statements. The neighbor did not witness the accident however the stated the fence was already damage at 9:00 AM. Three wooden fence panels and 3 wooden fence poles were damage. The damage on the fence was estimated for the amount of $150.00
Point of Impact (P.O.I) was approximately 75 feet east of the east curb line of South Valley Avenue and approximately 12 feet south of the south curb line of Almond Street.

Driver # 1 stated he made a left turn in to the Shoprite Parking lot when he struck a parked utility trailer.
Owner of vehicle # 2, Davis Dang stated he witnessed vehicle # 1 collide with his parked trailer while making a left turn. Dang indicated Vehicle # 2 was unoccupied when the accident occurred. The Tarter Utility Trailer 5ft to 10ft was attached to his vehicle, however his vehicle did not sustain any damage.

Vehicle #1 and Driver#1 are unknown. It is believed to be a white vehicle due to paint transfer. Owner of Vehicle#2 indicated that she parked her vehicle in front of 695 Ridgewood Avenue facing southbound. Vehicle#2 was unoccupied at the time of the crash. It is believed through the investigation that a white or light gray colored vehicle backed out of 696 Ridgewood Avenue striking Vehicle#2. Vehicle#1 then left the scene. I made contact with 696 Ridgewood Avenue who denied ever having a white or light colored vehicle in their driveway. This Officer did not witness this collision.

Driver # 1 stated she was traveling West on East Chestnut Avenue when she stopped for the traffic signal at the intersection of Valley Avenue. Traffic started to move when the light changed to green, at which time her vehicle struck another vehicle in front of hers that was making a left turn onto South Valley Avenue. Driver # 1 added she did not see the other vehicle's turn signal and believed the vehicle was going to continue West on East Chestnut Avenue.
Driver # 2 stated he was stopped for the traffic signal at the intersection of East Chestnut and Valley Avenue. While waiting for the light to change to green, he activated his blinker to make a left turn onto South Valley Avenue. Once the light changed to green, he proceeded to move up a couple of feet while waiting for traffic to clear on East Chestnut Avenue, when suddenly his vehicle was struck from behind by another vehicle. Driver # 2 complained of pain to his neck and lower legs. Driver # 2 was taken to Inspira Health Network by Vineland E.M.S. to treat for his injuries. Driver # 1 was issued a summons for careless driving, summons VC-004767 Vehicle # 1 was driven from the scene and vehicle # 2 was parked on private property. Vehicle # 1 sustained damage to the front end of the vehicle and Vehicle # 2 sustained damage to the rear bumper area.

Driver #1 stated she was backing out a parking stall in the parking lot of ShopRite (1255 West Landis Avenue) when she backed into Vehicle #2. Driver #1 stated, “I did not see her.” Driver #1 indicated the vehicle (#2) belongs to her son and came to ShopRite from her residence on South West Avenue. Vehicle #1’s rear bumper struck Vehicle #2’s rear passenger side quarter panel.
Driver #2 stated she was in the parking lot of ShopRite (1255 West Landis Avenue) when her vehicle was backed into by Vehicle #1 which was backing out from a parking stall.
Both drivers and the occupant did not have a complaint of pain.
Vehicle #1 sustained minor damage to the rear bumper.
Vehicle #2 sustained minor damage to the passenger side quarter panel.
Driver #1 was issued summons #0614-VC-009680 (Unregistered vehicle; 39:3-4).

Driver #1 stated at the scene he was exiting the Wawa (610 S Brewster Rd) parking lot to head North on Brewster Rd when he missed a shift in gears and lost control and struck the West curb edge of Brewster Rd and landed on the property of 2647 E Chestnut Ave. Driver #1 was not injured. The grass and turf of 2647 E Chestnut Ave was damaged as a result of the crash. No witnesses were found at the scene. No summonses were issued at this time.

Driver # 1 stated she was south on West Avenue and making a left, east bound, and turning onto Park Avenue. She stated she didn't see Vehicle # 2. Driver # 1 was issued citation # 0614-VC-9027 for Failure to Yield Right of Way, 39:4-90, with a court appearance before the Vineland Municipal Court. Driver # 2 stated she was north on West Avenue approaching the intersection of Park Avenue. She stated Vehicle # 1 made east turn onto Park Avenue in front of her and she was unable to stop in time to avoid the crash.

Driver # 1 stated he was stopped in traffic at the intersection of South Delsea Drive and Landis Avenue when his foot slipped off the brake pedal, causing his truck to strike a vehicle in front of his truck. Driver # 2 stated he was stopped in traffic at the intersection of South Delsea Drive and Landis Avenue when suddenly his vehicle was struck from behind by a truck. Driver # 1 was issued a summons for careless driving Vehicle # 1 had no visible damage, vehicle # 2 sustained moderate damage to the rear end of the vehicle. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.

Driver #1 reported at scene she was traveling North on Main Road when a tractor trailer suddenly activated his turn signal and proceeded to make a wide left turn onto Burns Avenue in front of her. Driver#1 stated the tractor trailer driver's sudden actions caused her to slam her brakes and collision occurred. Driver #2 provided a similar statement at the scene, adding that vehicle #1 rear ended her vehicle due to the actions of the tractor trailer driver. Driver #2 also complained of pain to her neck from the impact of the accident but stated she would be fine. I asked driver #2 if she wanted Emergency Medical Unit to respond and she replied "no". Vehicle #1 sustained damage to the hood of the car, veh #2 had minor damage to the bumper, both vehicles were able to driven away from the scene. Driver #1 was cited for following too closely.

Driver #1 said a bus was attempting to make a left turn going the opposite direction and waived him on to make a left turn. Driver #1 did not complain of any injuries and refused medical treatment at the scene. Driver #1 was issued a summons for improper turn. Driver #1 had moderate damage to the passenger side of his vehicle. Driver #1 drove his vehicle from the scene. Driver #2 said he was heading South on Main Road when driver #1 pulled out in front of him. Driver #2 said he try to brake but could not avoid the collision. Driver #2 did not complain of any injuries and refused medical treatment at the scene. Driver #2 was not issued a summons. Driver #2 had minor damage to the front of his vehicle. Driver #2 drove his vehicle from the scene.
Driver #1 was issued a summons for improper turn at traffic control signal.

Driver 1 stated he was attempting to make a right turn into the North Bound traffic lane of S Main Road from the drive way of Major Gas Station (2787 S Main RD). Driver 1 stated he pulled onto the North Bound traffic lane and attempted to get into the left turn lane at the intersection of S Main RD and E Sherman Ave. Driver 1 stated he did not see vehicle 2 in the left turn lane and struck vehicle 2 in the front passenger bumper and quarter panel. Vehicle 1 sustained heavy damage to the driver side front end with front airbag deployment. Driver 1 reported no injury as a result of this accident. Driver 2 stated she was in the left turn lane of S Main RD and E Sherman Ave intersection when vehicle 1 attempted to enter traffic from the Major Gas drive way and struck her vehicle in the passenger side front bumper and passenger side front quarter panel. Driver 2 reported pain to her chest and neck area. EMS was contacted and driver 2 went with EMS to Inspira. Vehicle 2 sustained heavy damage to the front portion of the vehicle with front airbag deployment. Witness Eliezer Zamot stated he was behind vehicle 1 at the Major Gas Station. Zamot stated vehicle 1 attempted to enter the North Bound traffic of S Main RD at a high rate of speed and collided with Vehicle 2 which was in the left turn lane of S Main RD and E Sherman Ave. The following summons was issued as a result of this accident: Driver 1 - Summonses# VC-009507 for NJSA 39:4-66B Improper Emerging from Driveway

Driver 1 stated he was traveling East on Washington Ave and approached the stop sign at the intersection of Washington Ave and S 7th Street. Driver 1 stated he looked both ways and proceeded through the intersection when vehicle 2 came north bound on S 7th Street out of nowhere and his vehicle struck vehicle 2 with the front end of his bumper. Vehicle 1 sustained heavy front end damage. Driver 1 claimed no injuries as a result of this accident. Driver 2 stated he was traveling north bound on S 7th Street when vehicle 1 went through the stop sign of Washington Ave and S 7th Street and struck his vehicle in the driver side front and backdoor. All passengers in vehicle 2 reported injuries and were transported to IHN. Vehicle 2 sustained heavy damage to the front and back driver side doors. The following summons was issued to driver #1 as a result of this accident: - Summonses# - VC009508 for NJSA 39:4-144 Failure to Stop or Yield.

Upon my arrival, I spoke to driver 1 who stated while she was driving eastbound on West Grant Ave her vehicle started sliding off the roadway due to the roads being snow covered and slippery and hit a tree.
Driver 1 advised she slid off of the roadway and hit a tree which was in a wooded area just west of 127 W Grant Ave causing a moderate amount of damage to the front passenger side of her vehicle. As a result of the collision the vehicle was towed by Goodfellas Towing. Driver 1 stated she was not injured as a result of the collision.
No summons were issued.

Driver#1 stated her vehicle spun around, crossing into the south bound lane of travel and striking a utility pole. Driver#1's vehicle had heavy damage on the passenger's side front quarter panel and was towed from the scene by Larcher's Towing. Driver#1 had a complaint of head pain on scene and was taken to IHN by VEMS.
No summons was issued.

Driver 1 stated he was traveling West on W Landis Ave in front of the Ramada Inn when he lost control of his vehicle. His vehicle then went onto the concrete median at the beginning on the west bound lane of the W Landis Ave overpass of Route 55. Driver 1 sustained no injuries as a result of this incident. Vehicle 1 had minimal damage to front bumper at the time of this report. Vehicle was removed by private tow company off of median. There was no visible damage to the median. No summons was issued.
