Falu and Mcarthur were charged with trespassing and possession of marijuana (under 50 grams.) Officer Moughan saw an occupied vehicle parked on the lot of Day’s Inn. An investigation revealed that there was marijuana in the vehicle and the arrestees were not staying at the Days Inn.
