On November 30, 2015 the Vineland Police Department began an initial missing person investigation into the disappearance of Neidy Ramirez W/F/34 and her 3 month old daughter Genesis Ramirez W/F.  Ramirez and her daughter were last seen on Friday November 27, 2015 in the Vineland area.

          It is with deep sadness and regret that the Vineland Police Department announces the missing person investigation has now become a double homicide and recovery investigation. 

          A collaborative joint investigation between the Vineland Police Department, New Jersey State Police and Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office has identified the accused.

          Ricardo C. Santiago W/M/34 (Millville resident) has been charged with 2 counts of Homicide and is lodged in Cumberland County Jail on $1,000,000 cash bail.
