Bowen was charged with shoplifting after a Walmart Loss Prevention employee reported that she pushed a shopping cart full of groceries out of the store without paying. The value of the merchandise was placed at $386.44. While being processed, Bowen provided police with a false name. Two arrest warrants were located for her arrest from Cumberland County Superior Court after officers determined her true identity. No bail amounts were listed on the warrants.

After being arrested for case 15-67361, a Walmart Loss Prevention reviewed their store video surveillance and saw Bowen in the store on 11/20/15. The LP employee reported on that date Bowen had gone through the self-checkout and not scanned all the merchandise she left the store with. She was charged with shoplifting an Oster blender and ground beef with a total value of $145.18.

Loss Prevention reported that Davis was concealing cell phone cases worth $109.52 in his jacket. When officers placed him under arrest, they located a glass tube, burnt on both ends and containing wire mesh. He was also charged with possession of paraphernalia.
