Arrested:  Andrez Hernandez-Lopez   29YRS OLD   114 Axtell Avenue, Vineland

The above arrested for simple assault domestic. He was processed on a warrant with bail set at $1,000.00/10%, held on bail and turned over to Cumberland County Jail.

On 11/12/2015, Shaheed Black was arrested on outstanding warrants (Cumberland County Superior Court warrant # 15-05-00575-I no bail, Cumberland County Superior Court warrant # 15-05-00574-I no bail, and warrant # E15-1334 out of Buena Vista with bail set at $375.00). He was later processed on the warrants and transported to Cumberland County Jail.

The above two subjects were arrested for shoplifting $271.54 clothing items from BOSCOVs on this date. Loss prevention from Boscov’s also advised that Castro had been observed shoplifting on several occasions recently in which he wasn’t able to be apprehended. Castro was processed on four separate summons complaints for shoplifting as well as an outstanding warrant from Deptford Twp. Municipal Court, warrant number S-2014-1463, bail amount $476.00.  He was ROR on that warrant. Garrison was released on a summons complaint also.

The above accused was arrested for shoplifting four packs of batteries valued at $41.28 from Walmart. He was processed and released on a summons complaint pending court.

On Thursday 11/19/15, the above was arrested for receiving stolen property, a NJ license plate, which had been stolen out of Millville, NJ on 11-13-2015.  A warrant check on Stratton came back with two outstanding warrants from Pennsville TWP. Warrant #PV34326 bail set at $600.00 and #PV34742 bail set at $50.00. Stratton was charged with receiving stolen property and released on a summons. He was held on the two outstanding warrants from Pennsville Twp and transported to the Cumberland Co jail.

Accused:  Unknown

Unknown actor(s) entered Loatman’s apartment during above times and stole her tv, which was the second burglary to her apartment in two days. The window on the south side had a broken latch and damage to the bottom outside siding. All the other windows appeared to be secure. The stolen television was a Samsung 32" flat screen with DVD combination, black, unknown serial numbers, valued at $150.00.

On 11/08/2015, Connelly placed an I-Phone 5s for sale on Ebay for $325.00. Within five (5) minutes, Tiffany was notified via e-mail her phone had been sold. She then received a text message from a person who stated she had just purchased the phone and would include an additional $50.00 so Tiffany could overnight ship the phone to her. Tiffany informed the person that she would send it as soon as she had received payment for it in her PayPal account. Tiffany then received an e-mail from sale-safety@usa.com claiming to be PayPal. The e-mail was to inform Tiffany that payment had been received and was “pending” in her account. Tiffany assumed that the message was legitimate and shipped the phone. She contacted PayPal, who informed Tiffany that they had no record of any transactions having been made within her account.

A theft from auto was reported at 692 Becker Dr and additional victims were located on the same street. Raymond Dichino checked his unlocked truck and noticed assorted tools he kept on top of the center console were missing along with a roll of quarters, valued at $10.00. 

Another theft from motor vehicle was reported at 719 Becker Dr by Matthew Moore, who stated when leaving for work this morning, the driver side door to his work truck was opened slightly. When he entered the vehicle, all of its contents had been moved around inside of the cab. $10.00 in loose change had been taken from inside of the vehicle.

Matthew then noticed that two (2) of his other vehicles also had the doors slightly opened on them and approx. $10.00 loose change was missing from them.

Samuel Dick, 704 Becker Dr, reported he went to leave for work this morning and noticed that the contents of his truck, registered to his fiancée, had been tampered with. Samuel stated he knew he had left his driver side door unlocked to the truck, however he did not keep anything of value inside of it. Samuel did not report anything stolen at this time.

Nichole Vecchio, who had stayed at 704 Becker Dr., stated when she had entered her vehicle this morning, she noticed the center console was open and loose change was missing.

On Saturday 11/21/15, the above subject advised that he rents the two large chicken coops at the location and has large amounts of tools and electrical equipment filling both buildings. He is having an auction to sell everything off and the auction company has been on scene for several days sorting items and placing them in containers to be displayed for the upcoming auction. Upon arriving this morning at about 8:00 am, he noticed several empty containers then realized that the containers had several spools of electrical wire in them which were now missing. He stated nothing else appeared to have been disturbed.

McConnell stated he believed it was at least 20 large spools of 10/3 and 12/3 wire. Each spool was anywhere from 500 to 1000'. McConnell valued the total loss at $3000.00.

On 11/20/2015, Hector Rodriguez was being placed under arrest for simple assault domestic and assaulted Officer Apel by kicking him in the shins and grabbing him in his groin area. Rodriguez was eventually handcuffed after struggling with officers and taken into custody. He was charged with simple assault domestic, aggravated assault on police and resisting arrest. He was held on bail in the amount of $12,500.00 and turned over to Cumberland County Jail.

Above victim reported that while walking south on Delsea Drive from Eugene's, three unknown Hispanic males in a grey convertible stopped their vehicle near him and asked Sadabia for money. When Sadabia did not comply, the unknown males attempted to go through his pockets with force. When Sadabia resisted, one of the unknown males punched Sadabia on the left side of his face. He didn’t sustain any injuries and no money was taken. The three males then fled the scene in the vehicle.  Sabadia couldn’t provide any descriptions of the males.

Edwin Ramos reported that an unknown Hispanic male subject attempted to cut the catalytic converter from underneath a 1990 Ford Bronco that he had on the property. Ramos observed the subject but when he approached, the subject took off running.

Victim:  Israel Gonzalez  511 E Laurel St, Vineland, NJ

Accused:  Michael Shaud   26 years old  1267 NE Blvd  10C, Vineland, NJ

On 11/20/2015, a theft of 2001 Lexus IS300 was reported at 511 E. Laurel St in which the keys were left inside the vehicle and the doors were unlocked. The vehicle was entered into NCIC as a stolen motor vehicle. 

Several hours later, an off duty officer observed the stolen motor vehicle in the area of Vineland Hills Mobile Home Park, 1267 North East Boulevard.  The vehicle was observed traveling at a high rate of speed westbound on Oak Road. It was located a short time later in the area of Summit St and 3rd St by Vineland Police Officer I. Velez.  The driver, later identified as Michael Shaud, attempted to run from the scene but was located a short distance away on Laurel St where he was placed under arrest. He was processed on warrants for Theft of Auto and Obstruction and held on $50,000.00 bail. He also had an outstanding warrant out of Atlantic County with bail at $20,000. Shaud was then turned over to Cumberland County Jail.
