A Kawasaki KX65 motorcycle was stolen from the victim’s shed. The victim received information that the stolen motorcycle was being operated in an abandoned gravel pit behind the former Cosmopolitan Restaurant. The motorcycle was located and Vega was arrested for receiving stolen property. He told police that he had purchased it from an unknown male, after seeing the male riding the motorcycle in the area of 7th Street in Vineland. Vega was processed and released on a summons. The motorcycle was returned to its owner. A second dirt bike taken during the burglary has not been recovered.

Unknown actor(s) went into the victim’s home when she was not there and took her adult female Chihuahua, along with four, five week old puppies. Nothing else in the home appeared to have been tampered with or reported missing.

The adult Chihuahua was described as tan colored with a black and white collar on it (no tag). The puppies were described as 2 males (1 tan colored and other white/brown mix), along with 2 females (1 white/brown mix and the other brown.)

Perez-Cintron was charged with the listed offenses after the victim reported that he was struck in the elbow with a metal pipe. The victim said that Perez-Cintron had physically assaulted him. The victim ran up the steps to a house on Fourth Street to escape. Perez-Cintron had broken off a piece of metal pipe that was being used as a hand rail for the steps and struck him in the elbow with it.  Perez-Cintron was located nearby and arrested. He was processed and released.
