Davis was arrested for shoplifting 14 packs of steak valued at $149.33. He was also charged with taking a shopping cart from Save-A-Lot. Officer Rosario had seen Davis pushing the cart, which held the shoplifted steak, in the area of West Avenue and Landis Avenue.
