 Homicide Unit Investigation Update  

On June 28, 2015, at 1:29 AM, District Four officers responded to 3600 Irving Street in Avondale for a reported shooting.  Upon arrival, officers located a victim suffering from a gunshot wound.  The victim was transported to University of Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment but did not survive.  The victim has been identified as Treyvond Bedford, 19 years of age.

The Homicide Unit has signed a murder warrant for the arrest of Jamarta Borden.  Mr. Borden is a black male born 7/21/1998.  He stands 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 175 pounds.  He frequents the 3600 block of Irving Avenue in Avondale.  Jamarta Borden should be considered armed and dangerous.
