Homicide Unit Investigation  

On June 27, 2015, at approximately 10:18 pm, District 3 officers responded to investigate a report of a stabbing at 934 Chateau Avenue.  First responders located the victim suffering from multiple stab wounds.  The victim was transported to University Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. 

The victim has been identified as Melvin Hill, a black male born 4/20/1961.  Homicide Detectives identified his attacker as Yolanda Reid, a female black born 4/5/1964.  Miss Reid was arrested and transported to the Hamilton County Justice Center.
