• The Promenade of Art is Scheduled for Saturday June 6th and Sunday June 7th in the downtown business district.
   
• Sounds of Summer Concert will be held at Harmony Park. Concerts will be held on Thursdays and Fridays throughout the summer. Sounds of Summer Concert begins at 700pm in Harmony Park. Vail street will be closed from the North entrance to the Vail Street garage to Campbell St. This closing will occur every Friday night when concerts are scheduled. There will also be unplugged Thursdays concerts, but Vail St will not be closed for these events.
• The Arlington Heights Park District will be hosting a picnic in the park at North School Park, 410 N Arlington Heights Rd. The event begins at 430pm and ends at 730pm. Evergreen will be closed form the Park District building to Eastman for the event.
• Arlington Park has racing scheduled.
   

Saturday, June 6, 2015

• The Promenade of Art runs from 1000am-500pm.
   
• The Arlington Heights Farmers Market will be held in Lot S (Vail and St James) hours are 0730am through 1230pm. The Farmers Market will occur every Saturday through October 18.
• Arlington Park has racing scheduled.

• The race track has regular racing scheduled.

Friday, June 12 through Saturday, June 13, 2015,

• Sub 5 Performance Center, 43 S Dunton,  will be holding a 24 hour stationary bike relay for Feed My Starving Children. The event will be held inside 43 S Dunton and at Peggy Kinnane’s 8 N Vail. The event will begin at 1000am on Saturday, June 12, and end at 1000am on Sunday, June 13.
   

Sunday, June 14, 2015 

• The AH Garden Walk & Unique Boutique are scheduled for Sunday, June 14, 2015. There are currently 5 residential gardens that are scheduled to be open that day from 1000am to 400pm. The addresses of the gardens are as follows:
  1. Sather              1112 N Highland Ave
• 2. Schultz             605 N Douglas Ave
• 3.Schnepf            221 S Stratford Ave
• 4. Ruth                  302 W Maple Ave
• 5. Monanco        1207 S Salem Lane

• In addition to the Garden Walk, the Unique Boutique will be held on the grounds of the AH Historical Society from 0700am to 600pm. Fremont will be closed from Vail to west of the Museum during the event.

Monday June 15, 2015

• Summer U Begins at South Middle School and runs from 0900am-300pm weekdays until July 1st.
