Krause was charged with intentionally striking Damico with his vehicle. Damico received minor injuries after being hit. Krause was processed and held on bail for the assault and additional charges for using the vehicle as a weapon.

Accused: Two unknown Hispanic males. One male was only described as wearing a white t-shirt, the other was wearing a dark colored shirt and multicolored shorts.
One male was seen taking bags of shrimp from the freezer, then handing them off to a second male who placed them into a baby stroller. They left the store and were last seen walking eastbound on Chestnut Avenue from the store. A total of six bags of shrimp, with a value of $120.00, were taken.

Walmart Loss Prevention reported that three of the arrestees were not ringing up all the merchandise they were bagging while they used a self-checkout register. A forth individual was distracting an employee as the shoplifting was taking place. All four were charged with shoplifting and released on summons complaints. The total value of the merchandise which was not rung up is $478.48.

Victim #1: Four Seasons Environmental Inc. Athens GA Arrested: Angel G. Tirado (M-33) 1032 E. Landis Avenue #1C Vineland
Arrest Dispo: Held on $35,000.00 cash bail.
Tirado was charged with entering into a van and taking a laptop computer from it. A witness saw Tirado with something in his hands near a van parked in the church lot. He fled the area on a bicycle. Tirado was found in the area by police, identified by the witness and then placed under arrest. The computer had been discarded nearby and was recovered by its owner.
