An unknown suspect walked out of the store without paying for two packs of Monster Energy Drink.

Suspects:

1.) Unknown black male, described as approximately 6’00” to 6’02” tall, approximately 190 to 200 pounds, and approximately 25-35 years of age. He was wearing a black beanie, black long sleeved shirt and grey sweat pants.

2.) White male, described as a heavy set male with black medium length hair and black beard and mustache. He was seen wearing a black short sleeve shirt.

A black male entered the store and selected bottles of liquor. A white male then entered the store, got a six pack of beer, and then appeared to have some type of medical event while out of sight of the employees. One employee found him on the floor, apparently unconscious. As this employee went to assist him, the black male exited the store with the liquor. The white male then got up off the floor and walked out of the store. Both subjects were seen getting into an older model, green Camaro prior to them leaving the area.

Pitts was charged as indicated after being arrested for Driving While Intoxicated (Case 23710-15). The vehicle Pitts was operating was occupied by her three juvenile children and an adult passenger.  Pitts resisted while being placed under arrest.  A search incident to arrest located suspected marijuana in her coat pocket. Pitts later assaulted Officer Judice by punching him. She also spit on officers while in custody. She was transported to the Cumberland County Jail and held on bail.
