Homicide Unit Investigation

On April 12, 2015, District 2 Police Officers responded to perform a welfare check requested by an out of town relative who had been unable to contact the resident of 5706 Montgomery Road.  Responding officers investigated the circumstances, determined it necessary to enter the residence and then inside the home discovered the body of the resident, Myrvinia Lowe (a female black born 08/01/1953).  The Homicide Unit is investigating the death as a homicide.

On April 23, 2015, Homicide Detectives arrested Myrvinia Lowe’s daughter, Nikole Flagg (a female black born 10/14/1973), for Miss Lowe’s murder.
