The above accused was stopped for a motor vehicle violation. A subsequent investigation revealed that he was in possession of marijuana. Deluca was then arrested.

 Brian M. Deluca was issued a summons (0614S-2015-001185) for Possession of Marijuana over 50 grams 2C:35-10A(3) and Possession of Marijuana with intent to distribute 2C:35-5B(11). In addition, Deluca was also issued the following motor vehicle summons: 0614VC-005844 Failure to Stop or Yield 39:4-144 and Possession of CDS in a Motor Vehicle 39:4-49.1.

She was also charged with possession of a weapon for a unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a weapon. She was processed on a summons and released.
