On 26 March 2015, Shoprite Loss Prevention observed Robert Mason concealing two packages of snow crab legs (valued at $50.00) inside of his jacket through the store surveillance cameras. As he attempted to leave without paying, one of the bags of the packaged crab legs fell out of the bottom of his jacket. Mason exited the store prior to loss prevention being able to apprehend him however, he returned later that same day and attempted to steal two packages of Shrimp (value: $45.96). Mason was then detained by loss prevention. He was placed under arrest, processed on two counts of shoplifting and released pending court.

Victim: Jeffery Bryson
Accused: 16 year old juvenile male student
On 03/26/2015, a 16 year old juvenile male student at Creative Achievement was arrested for assaulting one of the school staff members, Jeffery Bryson, during after school detention. The juvenile became irate because he did not want to stay for detention. He attempted to walk out of the room, then pushed and bit the teacher on his arm. The juvenile was placed under arrest, processed on a juvenile complaint and released to a family friend. Bryson refused medical attention on scene, however, was treated by in school nursing staff.

On March 26, 2015, Kevin Bonham reported on January 10, 2015, between 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm, he drove to numerous auto dealerships around Vineland in his personal vehicle in hopes to trade it in. Bonham stated he drove to almost every car dealership in Vineland and test drove numerous vehicles throughout this time. He had his employer’s laptop in a laptop bag sitting in the back seat area of his vehicle in which he wanted to trade in. Bonham works for the IT Department at Inspira Health Network.
Bonham said when he went back home at around 7:00 pm, he picked up his laptop bag and noticed that someone had stolen the laptop. Bonham stated someone must have entered his personal vehicle at one of the dealerships while he was test driving a car and stole the laptop. Bonham also reported that he has since traded in the vehicle in which the laptop was taken from.
Bonham described the laptop as the following:
- Silver HP (Hewlett Packard) Elitebook 9470m laptop, valued at $1,600.00.
The laptop did not have any access to personal medical records of patients throughout Inspira Health Network. Bonham stated the laptop is used solely for IT use only and was fully encrypted; Bonham also said the laptop had a "LoJack" system installed. Inspira Health Network was able to trace the laptop in Philadelphia approximately two weeks ago. The laptop was entered into NCIC.

On 03/26/2015, Carlos E. Mendez stated that unknown actor(s) had used his full name, birth date, social security number and his home address to get medical services. Carlos received a medical bill under his name from Eastside Hospitalist, Inc, 3225 North Star Circle, Louisville TN 37777, charging him $724 for medical services.
Carlos advised that he has been living in New Jersey for approximately twenty four years and has not gotten medical services out of Vineland. He contacted Eastside Hospitalist, Inc and was informed that on 01/10/2015, 01/11/2015, 01/12/2015 and 02/20/2015 someone received medical services in the State of Florida and used his identity to register at Memorial Regional Hospital, Hollywood, Florida. Carlos was entered as a victim of identity theft in NCIC.
