At approximately 3:00pm, today's date, an alert neighbor observed a subject, carrying a large flat screen television from the rear of her neighbors home. The offense occurred in the 4600 block of Fehr Road.  The witness immediately notified the police department.  Officers responded and surrounded the area.  Officer Doerger observed the subject and gave foot chase. Officer Doerger was able to catch up with the suspect at the condominiums located on Foley, at Pedretti.  The suspect, identified as Dominic Wenstrup, 21, was arrested without incident.

The large screen TV was recovered in the rear yard of 4600 Shadylawn Terrace.  Additional stolen property was recovered from Wenstrup's pockets.   

Wenstrup was charged with one count of burglary (felony), obstructing official business, and criminal damaging.  He was transported to the Hamilton County Justice Center without incident.
