Police responded to Bennigan’s for a disorderly person. Upon police arrival, security officers said Jones was starting trouble in the bar and pushed security when they tried to escort him out. Jones ran from police during the investigation, but was apprehended nearby. He refused to allow officers to fingerprint and photograph him during the processing procedure at headquarters. In addition, he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest from Millville Municipal Court, with a $5003.00 bail.
