On 2/20/2015, Elias Garcia-Diaz was arrested by Washington Township Police for outstanding warrants issued from Vineland Municipal Court for contempt of court. He was turned over to Vineland Police, held on bail and turned over to Cumberland County Jail on the following warrants. Warrant VC 3867 $1000.00; Warrant V90946 $1000.00; Warrant V121171 $2500.00.

On 02/19/2015, the above victim reported that she mistakenly left her cell phone at Foot Locker and when she went to retrieve it, discovered it had been stolen. When she attempted to call it, it was determined that it had been shut off. The phone was a white Samsung Galaxy 5S with a purple and black case, valued at approximately $500.00

Complainant:  Harry Purdy, Project Manager  Scalfo Electric Incorp.

SYNOPSIS:  On February 18, 2015, a burglary was reported at 4087 South Lincoln Avenue, Clayville Substation. On February 19, 2015, Harry Purdy from Scalfo Electric reported the following items were also stolen:

Purdy advised the above copper wire was taken from the electrical building two south of the blue tower on the east side. He explained the wire was cut from wire that was already installed. At this time he could not determine the damage as they are going to have to replace the whole wires and add in labor costs.  He stated the damage would be determined at a later time.  Note:  Purdy explained the wire taken from them (Scalfo Electric) is estimated at several hundred pounds.

Accused: Saunderlin, Kimberly L 32 years old 1310 Old Lake Rd, Vineland, NJ 08360

On 2/15/2015, Kimberly Saunderlin was arrested for shoplifting after she was observed concealing 10 items of clothing and 3 magazines in her purse and in a tote bag. She had previously been warned not to return to the store. She was charged with shoplifting, defiant trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia. A warrant inquiry revealed she had (4) outstanding warrants for her arrest: S2014 002087 for $900.00 out of Millville NJ; SC2013 009138 for $100.00 out of Franklin Joint Municipal Court, Warrant# 14-06-00457-A Cumberland County Violation of Probation; and Gloucester County #W372848173 Detainer.

Crime:  Shoplifting

Incident Date:  February 16, 2015, at approximately 12:43PM

Location:  1163 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland, New Jersey 08360, CVS

Arrested:  Jonathan Rhett, 47-B/M, 1012 East Walnut Road, Vineland

Jonathan Rhett was arrested for shoplifting 2 Reese PB Fill hearts @$2.49 = 4.98 from CVS. A search incident to arrest revealed he was also in possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia. He was processed on a warrant with bail set at $2500.00 and TOT Cumberland county jail.
