Items taken that belonged to Javier: AC Unit valued at $1200.00, and the damage to the door was valued at $200.00. Total for all items stolen/damaged were valued at 1400.00.

Washington was arrested after giving a cab driver a counterfeit twenty dollar bill. He was also charged with theft of services ( $6.00 cab fare), Hindering (Giving the police a false name) and processed on a Vineland traffic warrant. He was released ROR.
