1.) Case# 7013-15

Location: 1173 E Park Ave

Incident date: 02/06/2015-02/07/2015

Incident Type: Burglary

Charge: Burglary, Theft

Victim #1: Robin Javier

Victim #2: Julio Rodriguez

Accused: Unknown

A unknown actor broke into the residence at the above location and took tools and an air contidioning unit.

Items taken that belonged to Rodriguez: “Skil” table saw valued at $300.00, “Husky” ceramic tile machine valued at $300.00, “Delta” chop saw valued at $500.00, “Skil” drill mixer valued at $500.00, “Makita” 20V battery drill valued at $50.00, and a bag full of various tools valued at $1000.00. Total for all items stolen belonging to Julio were valued at $2650.00.

Items taken that belonged to  Javier: AC Unit valued at $1200.00, and the damage to the door was valued at $200.00. Total for all items stolen/damaged were valued at 1400.00.

Victim: Shirley D. Battle (Fayette Street, Bridgeton NJ 08302)

Vehicle: 2013 Yellow 2 door Chevrolet Camaro

The above victim reported that her son, Ramante, had parked her vehicle at the above location and that a unknown actor cut the two rear tires and scratched the entire driver’s side of the car causing damage in excess of $1000.00.

Taken: an Asus laptop black in color-$400.00, another laptop (unknown brand or serial #) black in color-$375.00, and a jar full of various coins-$260.00. Value for all items stolen-$1035.00.

Taken: Jeep doors, Valued at $600.00. The doors were from a 1986 CJ-7 Jeep,  red in color with black pleather and crank handles.

JS lingerie             $42.00

Total: $94.99

The above accused was arrested for shoplifting. She was found to be in possession of marijuana. She was charged with shoplifting and possession of CDS. She was processed on a summons and released.

Incident Type: Fraud/Hindering/Contempt/Theft of Services

Charges: 2C:21-32c/2C:29-3b (4)/2C:20-8a/2C:10-1c

Officer: Ofc. D. Magee #5108

Victim: Yellow Cab/NJ State

Arrested: Maurice Washington (B/M/46 of 1932 Cologne Ave,  Mays Landing, NJ 08330)

Washington was arrested after giving a cab driver a counterfeit twenty dollar bill. He was also charged with theft of services ( $6.00 cab fare), Hindering (Giving the police a false name) and processed on a Vineland traffic warrant. He was released ROR.
