     The City of Yonkers Police Department will be conducting a promotion ceremony tomorrow at 2:00 p.m. inside of the Ceremonial Courtroom located on the 4th Floor or City Hall. Mayor Mike Spano and Police Commissioner Charles Gardner will be at the ceremony with command staff from the Yonkers Police Department.

The following members of the department will be promoted:

PO Gabriel Barahona to Sergeant

PO Christopher Balezentis to Sergeant

PO Denis Casey to Sergeant

PO Jimmy Diodati to Sergeant

Detective Charles Walker to Sergeant

The following members of the department will be designated as Detective:

PO William Celestino

PO Robert Santobello

PO Javier Lugo

Sgt. Eugenio Gabriele

     Family, friends, and residents are invited to attend this event.
