Arrested...Indecent Exposure
In the early evening hours of today, Officers of the Allen Police Department served an arrest warrant in the 300 block of Watters Road for Indecent Exposure M/B.

Arrested Person:    Joel Frederick Warneking

                                W/M 05/22/1988

                                A resident of Portland, OR and Allen, TX

The arrested person exposed his male genitalia to several persons on a running trail in Allen (Collin County) Texas from October 11, 2014 until October24, 2014.  A group of alert citizens observed the suspect on the running trail today and called the Allen Police Department to report suspicious behavior of the arrested person.
