On May 30, 2011, 21 year old Randy Washington was walking home in the area of 300 Palisade Avenue when a  vehicle approached him.  One shot was fired from the suspect vehicle, striking Mr. Washington in the head.  The vehicle fled the scene and Mr. Washington subsequently died the following morning.
