The Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office reports the following road closures: Lane closures will begin to occur on the Northbound and Southbound directions of US 61 from Roddy Rd. to LA-74, starting 5/7/12 thru 5/21/12 from 7pm to 6am, Mondays thru Thursdays and 2am to 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays while crews saw cut and asphalt patch.

This closure will allow vehicles 11-feet wide or smaller to pass thru the construction zone.  Road will be open for regular traffic, but oversize vehicles must contact the DOTD permit office prior to moving thru the construction zone.
