An accident on the Rio Vista bridge has traffic stopped in both directions.  Cal Trans, Highway Patrol and Rio Vista PD are on scene.  The estimated time to open the bridge to through traffic is 3:30 pm.  Traffic is backed up on Hwy 12 both directions. Use an alternate route if possible.
