On May 21, 2014 between 1:00 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. a female was in the area of Charles Austin Dr and Aquarena Springs Dr.  A male, described as possibly dark skinned Hispanic or Black, approached her, groped her and attempted to sexually assault her.  The female escaped with minor physical injuries and the suspect fled the scene.  There is very limited information regarding this incident and the offender’s description. 

Anybody who witnessed this incident or has any information on the identity of the offender is asked to contact the San Marcos Police Department Criminal Investigations Division.
