On Thursday 07/18/2013 at approx 10:15pm the victim was walking in the parking lot of Prime Outlet Malls by Victoria Secret when a black older model Ford Explorer (unknown license plate) occupied by several males drove by her and the males were yelling at her from the vehicle. The vehicle then came up behind her and bumped into her body causing the victim to stumble. The victim ran and the vehicle chased her through the parking lot causing the victim to fall and sustain injury.  The vehicle then drove off.

There were reported to be 2 white males, 1 hispanic male and 1 black male between the ages of 17-22 years of age in the vehicle.
